UCO®FLOW 100 – Concentrated daily cleaner for milking machine
The UCO®FLOW 100 100 is a concentrated milking equipment cleaner and sanitiser. Combining the cleaning power of alkaline and chlorine compounds.
The UCO®FLOW 100 100 is a powerful routine CIP cleaner for cleaning of milk harvesting and milk storage tanks. Use UCO®FLOW 100 for fast and efficient washing of trays, crates, containers and sanitation in industrial washers.
Properties
• Effective removal of organic milk residues like milk fats and milk proteins.
• Non foaming, acid concentrate.
• Contains chlorine
• Can be used for cleaning of food contact surfaces
• Suitable for use in VMS that allow cleaning programs not exceeding 80 degrees.
Instructions for use:
Prerinse your system with water, preferable with temperature of 40-45°C.
Rinse with 0.5% UCO®FLOW 100 solution (0.5l/100l of water), preferably with a temperature of 50-85°C and let the solution circulate for 7-10 min (keep temperature above 40°C).
