UCO®FLOW 300 – Periodical milking machine cleaner and descaler
The UCO®FLOW 300 is a concentrated milking equipment cleaner.
The UCO®FLOW 300 is a powerful periodical CIP cleaner for cleaning and descaling of milk harvesting and milk storage tanks.
Properties:
• Effective removal of milk stone, lime stone and minerals.
• Non foaming, acid concentrate.
• Contains phosphoric and sulfuric acid
• Can be used for cleaning of food contact surfaces
• Suitable for use in VMS that allow cleaning programs not exceeding 80 degrees.
Instructions for use:
Prerinse your system with water, preferable with temperature of 40-45°C.
Rinse with 0.5% UCO®FLOW 300 solution (0,5L/100L of water), preferably with a temperature of 50-85°C and let the solution circulate for 5-15 min in (keep temperature above 40°C)
Drain the cleaning solution.
Rinse with water, meeting drinking water quality standards.
Monitor the cleaning results and adjust dosage and/or frequency if required.
Consider the use of an UCO®FLOW disinfectant if the situation requires.
